Immunization Lifelong Learners Short Course

The ILLSC is an abbreviated one-day face-to-face course. When offered virtually, the course is two days. The ILLSC is designed to ensure health care personnel are trained in vaccine policy, vaccine safety, and effectiveness based on the Joint Regulation on Immunizations and Chemoprophylaxis for the Prevention of Infectious Diseases, Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices guidelines and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommendations for immunization practice. Recommended for health care personnel working within Military Treatment Facilities or affiliated field settings. You can view a sample ILLSC agenda here.

Continuing Education

After registering to attend the ILLSC in Joint Knowledge Online, you must also register for the continuing education credits/continuing medical credits on the Defense Health Agency J-7 (Education & Training) Continuing Education Program Office site.
