- Calls are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by licensed healthcare providers with expertise in immunization issues to assist in answering patient and provider inquiries.
- As of Oct. 1, 2018, the AskIHD secure communication web portal for clinical assistance is no longer available. IHD will continue to provide 24/7 clinical support through the Immunization Healthcare Support Center.
