Christine Smetana, who is one of the wonderful physicians and a General Preventive Medicine Resident at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. Lt. Col. Smetana is going to discuss the ways to stay safe this summer, from making sure you're wearing the right SPF to keeping track of your mental health and well-being.
