The HCE IM Data Analytics team provides seamless data services and decision support for clinicians, patients, analysts, researchers, and DoD leadership.  Our seasoned analysts have a strong background in data analytics, analysis, and domain knowledge of MHS and VHA data systems.  They provide a variety of business intelligence and advanced analytics services, ranging from descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics in a one-stop-shop.  The type of services include:

Data Analytics: Provides data analysis and decision support to the HCE operational activities through deep dives and statistical support. Develops and manages measures, Key Performance Indicators and logic for dashboards.

Business Intelligence: Supports data-driven decisions and cost-effectiveness through data discovery, interactive reporting and dashboards to identify new opportunities and implement effective strategies.

Joint Hearing Loss and Auditory System Injury Registry (JHASIR): supports the design, development and data validation of JHASIR.

Data Mining and Research: Performs advanced exploratory and predictive analytics using machine learning techniques to gain insights on outcomes of interest to help improve patient care through clinical communities.
